GUILTY BY # 

The pound symbol “#” is not a symbol but the concept of a symbol. 

The word symbol in the name regardless of definition implies that it is a symbol in a way that the symbols used that comprise the word “symbol” contains six separate independent symbols to form a unique symbol that some have agreed to refer to as written in the English language “word” and this reference is associated with the symbol however the symbol itself does not imply any definition or meaning it is assigned definition and meaning through the mutual agreement of one’s continuity of experience or the intentional mutually agreed asignment of meaning or definition to associated symbol.

The concept of a symbol could be referenced as a more precise order of operations as to how one would refer to anything such as the concept of a word in a way that it provides an approximation of the value used as the point of reference when what was meant to be used in a mathematical way with respect to the intention of something making logical sense. The value of symbol would be higher in the English language than the word “word” in a way that the math being more mathematically sound so that the precision of the language potentially lending to a higher accuracy of all interactions that involve the gap that exist between the absolute certainty that never is available that what one was attempting to communicate with another could ever be what was received when the instance an individual truly has a perspective that can not truly be articulated due to the lack of the language used and perhaps regardless of any language ever used that would allow oneself to learn another language and in that space that exist in the language that is not their native tongue learn things about themself that would not have been revealed if not for the ability to speak a language that was not used to construct your perspective that influences everything you will ever do.

In a way that symbol is a word like all words that could be words and all symbols are symbols that could be symbols but not all symbols are words, however, they are before they were used to create the concept of “word”.

What makes sense to me considering symbols can be used to create new symbols with only the symbols that currently exist by adding them together in unique combinations, that, if what a symbol means when used in combination with another symbol a different meaning of the symbol than when used alone that all that would be needed to consider is then available to determine that the symbols themself have no meaning but are given an agreed upon meaning and the symbols whether given meaning or not remain not symbols but only the concept of a symbol.

Whatever meaning we could ever give to any symbol will never be more true than the truth that the symbol that was used is not a symbol but an example of the concept of a symbol. 

To confuse # in a way that one utilization of the symbol is quantifiable when used with respect to the reference of numbers of value, where as, another utilization that of the “hashtag” which is a non quantifiable or qualitative use of the symbol.

When the confusion was the result of thinking what followed the # symbol was mathematical truth (not probability) rather than something that was not mathematical truth  (including mathematical probability) you could say that somebody was “Guilty by association” by having associated the symbol with the wrong agreed upon meaning in the context it was referenced, for example thinking” “# 18000000000″ is a hashtag rather than a phone number. ” # 18000000000″ could be both a hashtag and a phone number but when you know the intent of the author of whomever it was that used the symbol referenced, you would know of all the available known agreed upon meanings associated with that symbol which agreed upon meaning specifically is being referenced.
